Bramall brings extensive experience across senior finance and strategy roles within international businesses. She currently serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Severfield plc, where she has been overseeing financial leadership during a critical transition period. Prior to this role, she spent more than five years as Chief Financial Officer of Manchester Airports Group (MAG), playing a pivotal role in delivering major transformation and strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Her career also includes senior finance positions at global corporations such as Tyco and Johnson Controls, where she built a strong reputation for financial discipline, strategic execution, and operational excellence across diverse and complex markets.

At PZ Cussons, Bramall will succeed Sarah Pollard, who, as previously announced in September 2025, is stepping down from her role to take up a new opportunity outside the company.
