Nigerian Marketing Awards 2026 Opens Entries for Fifth Edition
The Nigerian Marketing Awards (NMA) has opened entries for its 2026 edition, with marketers, brands, agencies and industry professionals invited to compete for recognition across 35 award categories.
The fifth edition of the awards is themed “Reimagining Marketing” and is scheduled to culminate in an awards ceremony on November 21, 2026, at Jewel Aeida, Lekki, Lagos.
Founded by Tony Agenmonmen, Founder of the Nigerian Marketing Awards and former President of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, the awards seek to recognise excellence, innovation and outstanding contributions across Nigeria’s marketing ecosystem.
The 2026 categories cut across Industry and People, with awards recognising organisations, campaigns, marketing capabilities and individual professionals.
The Industry categories include Marketing Company of the Year, Brand of the Year, Campaign of the Year, Best Rebrand of the Year, Brand Innovation of the Year, Excellence in Experiential Marketing, Digital Agency of the Year, PR Agency of the Year, Advertising Agency of the Year, Experiential Agency of the Year, Out-of-Home Agency of the Year, Media Agency of the Year, Financial Institution of the Year, Telecom Company of the Year, Best Use of Social Media, Best Alcoholic Brand of the Year, Best Fintech Company of the Year, Best Dairy Brand of the Year, Best Sustainability Marketing, Best Reputation Management of the Year, Best Social Responsibility Campaign, Best Influencer Marketing of the Year, Best Airline of the Year, Best Use of Social Media in Food & Beverage, Best Use of AI in Marketing and Best Spice Brand of the Year.
Under the People category, the awards will recognise individual achievements through Rising Star of Marketing, Marketing Student of the Year, Marketing Educator of the Year, Brand Manager of the Year, Marketing Journalist of the Year and Inspirational Marketing Leader of the Year.
The organisers have set September 22, 2026 as the deadline for entries and are encouraging prospective entrants to submit their entries ahead of the closing date.
