MIPAN to Host 2024 Annual General Meeting

The Media Independent Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MIPAN), the apex body representing media agencies in Nigeria, is gearing up for its highly anticipated 2024 Annual General Meeting.

Themed “Collective Triumph: Strategic Financial Navigation for Agency Stability and Profitability,” this year’s event promises to be a pivotal gathering for the industry.

Scheduled to take place at the serene Lakowe Lake and Country Estate in Lagos on May 31st, 2023, the AGM will kick off with a Fireside Chat on May 30th. Renowned industry veteran, Dr. George Thorpe, will lead the discussion on “Agencies Capitalization as Consideration for Sustainability and Growth.”

This insightful session sets the stage for the main event, which features a keynote address by the esteemed Chizor Malize on Strategic Financial Navigation for Agency Stability and Profitability at 11am on May 31st.

Following the keynote address, the AGM session will commence at 3pm, delving into strategic discussions aimed at shaping the future of the agency sector and enhancing business sustainability.

The Annual General Meeting serves as a platform for industry stakeholders to explore strategies that will drive growth and innovation within the agency landscape. With a focus on developing and improving professional media services in Nigeria, the event will unite members from the Advertising Industry and Media Planning and Buying agencies.
