Bolajoko boasts a stellar career spanning 25 years as a marketing and management professional, with extensive experience managing multi-billion-naira budgets. Her illustrious journey includes roles with some of the world’s largest multinationals, such as Guinness Nigeria PLC (Diageo) and Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited. Throughout her career, Bolajoko has adeptly developed and managed numerous global brands across various product life cycles, driving sustainability, turnaround, and growth. Her passion for brand building is evident in her thoroughbred marketing expertise, which encompasses both industry and private practice experiences across diverse brands and sectors. Bolajoko is also a seasoned trainer and workshop facilitator, sharing her wealth of knowledge with others.
In addition to her prowess in marketing, Bolajoko is a certified Coach from the Coaching Academy UK, excelling with a distinction in Personal Performance Coaching. This unique combination of marketing expertise and coaching prowess enables Bolajoko to deliver robust outcomes in her professional endeavors. She is a dedicated people leader, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and serving as a mentor and coach to numerous individuals both in her professional and personal life. Bolajoko’s passion for people development led to the establishment of the Every Girl Empowered Foundation, a platform focused on nurturing the confidence of young girls with low self-esteem and self-confidence.
Bolajoko’s academic background is equally impressive, with a degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, graduating with a second-class Upper degree in 1997, and an MBA from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She also holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K.) and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Business & Entrepreneurship. Bolajoko is a member of several esteemed professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), the Advertisers Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ), and the International Coach Federation (ICF) Nigeria Chapter.
