His career is highlighted by his tenure as Managing Director of Wema Bank, where he spearheaded the launch of ALAT, one of Africa’s first fully digital banks. Adebise’s background includes significant roles at Chartered Bank, National Bank, and Accenture.
His advanced management credentials include programs at Harvard Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School. Adebise is recognized for his forward-thinking approach to integrating technology with banking, enhancing financial access and literacy.
Olufunmilayo Adedibu brings a wealth of legal and corporate governance expertise to FCMB. As the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of FCMB Group Plc, Adedibu has built a distinguished career over 32 years in banking and legal practice. Her experience spans corporate banking, risk management, and compliance. Adedibu’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from Obafemi Awolowo University, a Master of Law from the University of Lagos, and executive education from Harvard Business School and Wharton School of Business. Her contributions to FCMB will leverage her deep understanding of legal frameworks and governance to strengthen the bank’s strategic direction.
